Applicant Submission History
AppliTrack provides historical data on applicants' completed applications. Each time an applicant submits their application, the following data is recorded:
The Applicant Submission History is available from a list of applicants using the "View submissions" link in the "Batch Actions & Tools" tab. Additionally, the Applicant Submission History is available when you are viewing the "Materials on file" for an applicant. The "Materials on file" is the resulting window after you click the 'Open' link for an applicant.
For example, in a list of applicants, you can view the Applicant Submission History by doing the following:
1) Click the "View submissions" link in the "Batch Actions & Tools" tab (these are actions that can be performed "For Each Checked Applicant."
In the resulting dialog/window, the following information is available:
2) "Details" column: this column includes the Vacancies, Pools and Documents at the time of submission. This column is only available to SuperUsers and, in a consortium, HRAdmins.
3) "Date Submitted" column: this column contains the date and time the applicant submitted the application.
4) "SnapShot" column: this column contains a link to the "SnapShot" of the application. This column is only available to SuperUsers and, in a consortium, HRAdmins. This is the PDF application as a SuperUser or HRAdmin would see it at the time of submission.
The Applicant Submission History is also available from the "Tools" button on the "Materials on file" window. This is the resulting window when a user clicks the 'Open' link of an applicant.
Additionally, date/time information is available when listing applicants for a specific JobID. For instance, when searching for applicants using "Find Applications by Vacancy," after the list has been displayed, do the following:
1) Click the "Add/Remove Columns" tab.
2) Scroll down to the -For Job # n - section. The "Job ID: n Date First Comp." and "Job ID: n Date Last Comp." columns are available.
3) When selected, the dates are displayed in the list of applicants.
In the screenshot below, the Sample Applicant first submitted an application with JobID 3008 selected on 11/6/2008. Later, the applicant submitted an application, again with JobID 2008 selected, on 11/10/2008.
